The Gramercy Institute is the world's leading network for senior marketers from top financial institutions. The Institute presents the awards annually to recognize excellence and achievement in financial content marketing. Winners were announced at a ceremony held in New York City on September 26, 2024, as part of Gramercy Institute's Financial Marketer's Forum. 

The award-winning submission, entitled “Serve, Don’t Sell: Winning Prospects & Wooing Clients Through Person-Centered Content Marketing," employed a multi-channel content strategy specifically tailored to the top financial concerns, needs, and interests of WHZ's clients and target audience segments. By delivering value through information relevant to clients’ and consumers’ lives, the campaign significantly boosted brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention for WHZ. 

Key results during the campaign period included a 92% increase in new and prospective clients; a 26% increase in website visitor volume; and impressive increases in engagement across digital channels, including a 251% increase in podcast downloads and 78% growth in e-newsletter subscribers.
