Client Relationship & Experience Associate

As a member of the WHZ Client Relationships Team, the Client Relationship & Experience position is responsible for providing support to clients and to team members. This team is tasked to help deliver an exceptional client experience at every touch point. This role ensures the accuracy of client transactions and completion of client requests in a timely manner, oversees portfolio administration, and acts as a key driver on the team tasked to execute a client’s strategic financial plan. This role will work across the client relationship team 70% of the time and provide project based time (30%) to the client experience team.

Client Relationship Associate

This role ensures the accuracy of client transactions and completion of client requests in a timely manner, oversees portfolio administration, and acts as a key driver on the team tasked to execute a client’s strategic financial plan. You will build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients as their primary contact on day-to-day requests, helping them meet their strategic financial goals. As a dedicated team player you will also have a key role in supporting the Client Relationship and entire WHZ team to deliver the absolute best wealth management experience for our clients.
