Laura began working with WHZ Strategic Wealth Advisors in November 2020 and has served as the firm's Fractional Chief Marketing Officer ever since. She is the founder, CEO and Chief Brand Strategist at Dunn Marketing, an award-winning marketing agency based in northeast Connecticut. Her Empathy-Driven Brand Building™ process and hyper-personalized marketing and communications campaigns have been a strong complement and support to WHZ's existing person-centered approach to serving clients and the greater community.

Laura is a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) and Certified Digital Marketing Professional with nearly 25 years of broad and deep marketing communications experience across a variety of industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island, where she also minored in Public Relations and Political Science. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce and has served on a number of community organizations, including as a current member of the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center Board of Directors, a past member of the Northeast Opportunities for Wellness Board of Directors, and as a corporator for Day Kimball Healthcare.

She is also a mother to three young adults, the raising of whom she will always regard as her biggest challenge and greatest accomplishment.
