Leisl L. Langevin is the Managing Partner of Advisory at WHZ, where she helps lead the firm's Advisors to drive better client outcomes and deliver more value together. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with almost 20 years of experience working closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to help them navigate complex strategies for accumulation, retirement, wealth transfer, and long-term financial success. In addition, Leisl is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), which provides specialized guidance to clients facing significant life transitions related to divorce.

Leisl is passionate about helping clients at all life stages align their financial resources with the lives they want to live. She is skilled at translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice and strives to foster lasting relationships based on partnership, accessibility, and exceptional client service.

Before joining WHZ, Leisl began her career with U.S. Trust, where she gained extensive experience administering individual, retirement, and trust accounts for clients with substantial wealth. She later joined People's United Wealth Management, where she helped establish the firm's presence in the Hartford region and advised clients on financial planning, fiduciary matters, estate settlement, and investment management.

Leisl has been recognized throughout her career for her leadership and professional accomplishments. In 2023, she was selected as one of the Hartford Business Journal's 40 Under Forty* honorees. She has also been named a Five Star Wealth Manager** each year from 2021 through 2025 and was featured in FORTUNE magazine's "Five Star Wealth Managers Under 40" in 2023***.

Beyond her work with clients, Leisl is actively involved in her community. She serves on The Woodstock Academy Board of Trustees, is President of The Woodstock Academy Foundation, and participates in several local civic and business organizations throughout northeastern Connecticut. A lifelong Connecticut resident, Leisl grew up in Pomfret and graduated from The Woodstock Academy before earning a degree in Finance from Quinnipiac University, where she was a Division I soccer player. She lives in Willington, Connecticut, with her husband, Josh, and three stepchildren. Outside of the office, she enjoys golfing, running, playing soccer, and traveling.
